- 1. Led the standards team to ensure adherence to regulatory Standards and Company Policies via the Operations manuals, Company notices etc.
- 2.Coordinated with Chief Pilot - Standards to develop and implement Standard operating Procedures
- 3. Plan and conduct of Company enroute Cockpit Surveillance programme.
- 4. Implementation of TRI and LTC standardization programme
- 5. Implementation of projects like introduction of New Checklist on the Airbus Fleet and, Launch of Operations to Leh etc.
- 6. Provided clarification to Pilots on various Operational matters that arise in day to day operations. This has resulted in a strong building of trust amongst pilots about guidance provided by Standards team
- 7. Work closely with Flight Ops Support team to design, test and implement Operational procedures like EOSIDs, Operational communication to pilots etc.
