The iQ Hire application is a recruitment management system designed to streamline the hiring lifecycle. Built using Flask (Python) for backend logic, HTML/CSS/JavaScript for the frontend, and SQL Server as the database, the system manages recruiters, candidates, jobs, and interview scheduling. The application supports secure login, role-based dashboards, and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developed secure login and session management using Flask with role-based access for recruiters and employees.
• Designed SQL Server database models for Users, Candidates, Employees, Recruiters, and Jobs.
• Built dynamic web pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jinja2) for candidate management, recruiter dashboards, and job listings.
• Integrated backend Flask routes with SQL Server for CRUD operations (create, read, update, delete) on candidates, employees, and recruiters.
• Implemented calendar view and list view for managing and scheduling interviews.
• Created analytics dashboards to track recruitment performance, candidate pipeline, and interview metrics.
• Integrated Excel data scraping into the candidates module to auto-populate profiles.
• Documented the end-to-end application flow, including database schema, module interactions, and user journey.

Project Description:

• Developed Flask routes to connect forms with backend logic for create, read, and update operations.
• Implemented file/image handling to upload and display employee photos on forms and dashboard.
• Added AJAX-based dropdowns and auto-population to fetch and display employee details dynamically from the database.

Worked on integrating Salesforce CRM data into Snowflake for advanced analytics and reporting. My role was to create detailed documentation supporting the data migration and transformation process. This included preparing source-to-target mapping documents, data flow descriptions, and table-level metadata to ensure a clear understanding of how Salesforce data is ingested, transformed, and stored in Snowflake.

The MLS Data Integration & Analytics project focused on consolidating ticketing, customer, and event data from multiple source systems into a centralized Snowflake data warehouse. The solution enabled automated ETL pipelines, near real-time data availability, and advanced reporting for business stakeholders to track ticket sales, fan engagement, and operational KPIs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitored daily ETL jobs running through AWS Lambda, ensuring accurate data ingestion from ticketing systems, customer records, and attribute files.
• Validated row counts, reconciled data discrepancies, and coordinated with the data engineering team for issue resolution.
• Developed complex SQL queries in Snowflake to validate staging and curated layers against business rules.
