Summary
After completed diploma in basic electronics & Radio TV repairing from The Assembly of God Church School, I started my professional journey as a Servicing Engineer in LG. After that work as a Servicing Engineer especially Audio category at Thomson over there I was transfer to Siliguri taking care of workshop engineer & Siliguri local market also support to business develop with special care service support to distributor & dealer, in that profile I take care of entire team of 5 engineers. Then move to medical instrument like biochemistry analyzer, ECG, Surgical diathermy, Ultra sonography machine, pulse oximeter, ventilator, OT machinery etc. After that I join Sony India as field service engineer for attending ASC escalation calls, then promoted to workshop engineer for repairing TV, all kind of Audio system, camera as a off roll employee. After that I was promoted to on roll employee in sony as an ASI taking care of ASC operation, archive demo installation & repair TAT, NPS, C Sat, CS along with different project like premium service, service network expansion, business management, dealer & distributor managing with service support, escalation handling, CRM training, technical support & training, feedback in social media platform by my team members etc. In 2006 I start study at Sikkim Manipal University of BSC IT.
