- Working as an Sr. Process Associate with 12 team members by assisting to the juniors, Manage and oversee the Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GST Laws.
- Processing all kinds of invoices in SAP like: PO Invoice, Non-Po invoice, Payroll invoice, Rent invoice, other material and service invoice.
- Preparation of data regarding monthly GST return and get approval from EY team for further processing of filing of GST return.
- Review and approve the different type of purchase order in SAP on daily basis.
- Leading and closure of GST health checks under GST laws, with minimal guidance from Senior Manager / Partner.
- Representations / assistance in representations before tax authorities at various levels for assessments, refund applications etc. under IDT laws.
- Guide and help in the passing of rectification entry in SAP by the way of PARKING the Document as well as POSTING the same.
- Various reporting requirements including MIS/Activity chat/ LLC compliance.
- Developing innovative solutions to overcome complex revenue and profitability challenges.
- Co-ordinating to DT team for preparation of different data relating to various work and process of DIRECT TAX.
- Executing Internal Controls and confirming compliance with GST laws and JSW Taxation policies and local statutory requirement.
- Preparation of list of Defaulter list relating to non-filing of GST return and take necessary action for the improvement of organization ethically and legally.
