  • Responsible for New RFQ drawing study and Get quote from suitable supplier with all technical queries resolution and QAP requirements –Review and submission of quote to Global sites
  • After quote approval from sites and PO placing process with latest revision confirmed drawing and 3D model issue, APQP initiation with supplier, Pattern designing and its approval, Correct Foundry process, Machines/Equipment selections as per Process Plan and Machining Process sequence layout
  • Responsible for Foundry & Machining development process sequence preparation and finalization using APQP tool.
  • As per standard process of ITT Go through all check points on documents like, PFC, CP, 2D drawing review w.r.t critical parameters, GD& T Manufacturing process, Inspection Process, 3D model inspection report with 2D drawing, Pattern/Core box design review, Pattern inspection report review, Pattern scanning data review and approval from site pattern manager, Machining tooling and gauges readiness as per APQP, Machining Jigs & Fixtures readiness, Process establishment for foundry and machine shop, Activity chart preparation as per above sequence, Weekly review on progress With visit at supplier as and when required
  • Commodity-Castings (Alloy steel, CI & DI & Non Ferrous) Shafts & Machining parts, Fabrication parts
