PROFRSSIONAL CAREER OVERVIEW Mr. Sanjiva Kumar is a Graduate Civil Engineer with over 25 years of professional experience in the field of Material Engineering, Quality Assurance and Quality Control in the field of Highway Construction projects in India, Uganda, Kenya, Oman, & Qatar. He is known for his innovative approach in Geo-technical design/Pavement Design/Material Design & Review of Highway/Bridge design with Contract Management in Highway Construction and is an expert in selection and testing of suitable materials for Flexible and Rigid pavements and Bridge Construction projects. He has experience in projects funded by international financial institutions viz., the World Bank, implemented under FIDIC Conditions of Contract.   • ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: As Material Engineer was responsible for reviewing the test results of bore holes, quarry and borrow area material, checking quality assurance aspect of the construction works and supervise the setting-up of the impact rock crusher and bituminous concrete hot mix plants, Quality Control and Material Testing, establishing all required materials sampling and testing procedures, formats recording and approval criteria
