Project Overview:

• Surgical Information Systems (SIS Enterprise/SIS Complete Application) is a web-based application that provides better support for the workflow needs of Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs) and Surgical Hospitals. SIS Charts provides the end-to-end solution for every point of the perioperative process. The application’s main features are Patient Navigation, Nurse Documentation, Assessment, Configuration, and Reports. The application is integrated with Amkai Office, where the dictionary items and patient cases scheduled are transferred to SIS Charts through DTU (Data Transfer Utility) Services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyzing the Mercury - SIS charts and Gemini – SIS office modules' functionality for designing automation scenarios.
• Consolidating the sprint-wise user stories list for workflow discussion with the Product Owner team.
• Attending application workflow discussion calls for Mercury-SIS charts and Gemini user stories with the PO.
• Attending the user story sizing meetings, providing design estimates.
• Analyzing the sprint-wise user stories in VSTS, designing workflow test cases in VSTS.
• Updating the test cases as per the review comments provided by the product owner.
• Documenting the sprint-wise user stories, priorities, and scenarios in the test coverage sheet in the Integrity Tool.
• Currently working in client Scrum ban methodology.
• Attending daily scrum calls, grooming calls with the Product Owner, and the dev team.
• Providing user story estimates, tracking the milestone deliverables.
• Scheduling demo meetings with the PO and stakeholders after the completion of user stories.
• Designing business workflows, QC design notes, reviewing design notes, workflows authoring, reviewing workflows, and defects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Resolving the issues related to Citrix MDM software for 98 different countries.
• Configuring and enrolling the Citrix MDM and Mvtx applications on all 98 iPads.
• Created a startup guide for Citrix Endpoint Management before shipping it to users.
• Marinating knowledge management of the project, which will be used to host troubleshooting docs, learning docs, and SOPs for reference.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Done functional testing (regression testing) for the application for the new build released.
• For the existing and ongoing project, do understand and analyze its data, track it according to the contract, prepare its status report, and conduct a project management review with the respective project manager.
• Do an analysis of new opportunities before pursuing them, give expert advice, and prepare the report using Power BI.

Project Overview:

• United Health Group's (UHC) claim process involves members submitting medical information (like CPT/diagnosis codes) via the UHC app or mail, with providers often submitting electronically; UHC then processes these claims. UHC receives the claim and checks for completeness and coverage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Need to review the provider’s data for completeness and accuracy to perform the claim process smoothly.
• Need to correct the database feed issue (NDB to facets system), and send the report to the respective teams.
• Need to correct demographic details like name, address details, specialty, credential details, agreement ID, and other provider data that need to be fed correctly to the claim system.
• Audit work that is done by other team members, and maintain the internal quality.
• Need to attend the daily call to improve the date accuracy in the database and discuss new ideas to reduce the data fallout.
