*I am presently working in Team 2 of the diabetes portfolio. I am a member of the Kolkata pool, working in an assigned territory with 115 doctors, chemists, and distributors.
* Previously, I was in the CNS team in Kolkata from 2012 to 2024.
* I was part of the 2015 Super Achiever team in Paris.
*Was responsible for maintaining the analytics of the Kolkata city CNS team regarding distributor sales and achievements.
*From 2009 to 2012, I worked as an Area Manager in Hoechst's Tier 2 business. During that tenure, I gained experience in people management, as well as distribution and sales management of vast territories. My experience as an Area Manager had started with Bhagalpur as headquarter and later I was transferred to Kolkata with covering North East.
*Since travelling was my passion, I never had the disadvantage of going places.
*While in CNS, the responsibility of visiting and handling sales for the Modern Trade parties, such as Sasta Sundar, 1mg, and Thea, was given to me. I took the responsibility of liaising these parties with the distributors.
*Since I started my journey with original Hoechst Pharmaceuticals in 1990, I have seen and experienced many changes, and I have also worked in different headquarters and different portfolios within the organisation.
