• Wayfair Asset Management (WAM): A tool used to manage millions of assets (images, documents, videos, etc.) for tagging and utilization in storefronts. My responsibility was to enhance features in the tool to improve efficiency, as it operates within a microservices architecture handling terabytes of data.
• Automated Underwriter: Designed and developed FastAPI-based microservices to consume customer details for life insurance underwriting and return real-time eligibility feedback using a machine learning model. Implemented parallel execution of multiple downstream microservice calls using FastAPI concurrency (async / await and background task execution) to reduce response latency and improve overall system performance and scalability.
• Kreedo(LMS): Learning management system to manage schools records. Worked on Django, Angular, Elasticache redis, Celery to add new feature in the tool like AI chatbot, speech recognition and QR code for asset accessibility.
• Democratize: Developed a tool to create financial calculators, customize them, and integrate them as floating widgets into any website. The tool includes a subscription-based model for users. Built the solution from scratch using Django and React.js for the client-side.
