Preparing the weekly material plan and identifying gaps to meet the POR, if any, and deriving a mitigation plan. Sharing a possible addition list with CSG, an expedite list, and a focus area list to seek support from top management.
Reviewing the shortages for high-value, critical orders and expediting the purchase team for arranging them on time.
Confirm material and capacity availability for scheduled orders.
Commit lead time for coils, based on PDD and D-part strategy.
Sharing the weekly Kanban shipment plan with ASJ and proactively informing them if any changes happen.
Focusing on weekly past-due order completion and having better control and analysis for past-due backlog reduction.
Effectively doing forecast planning and safety stock updation.
Ability to identify MO management-related issues and resolve problems.
Analysis of past due days monthly for the top three reasons for making and buying items.
Doing LCC analysis, brand-wise, to improve RDSL for the top three major reasons.
Prepare MPS for the coil shop every week.
And keep monitoring production to achieve MPS quantity.
Coordinate with the internal team effectively to ensure customer-critical shipments.
Ensure shop floor level load.
Tracking OTD order completion and region-wise failure analysis.
Support the Engineering team in running the ECN change, as well as the immediate ECN change with proper disposal action, and arrange a trial run for the ECN if required.
Cooperate with other teams for a smooth production flow process.
Participating in brainstorming activities for improvement.
Doing buying activities for 12 suppliers (126 parts).
Sharing the schedule with the supplier, ensuring DOH, safety stock, POs, and solving payment-related issues.
Sharing the ETA for the material plan and ensuring material availability as per the committed ETA.
KPI:
RDSL and PDSL are more than 90%.
Past due backlog is less than 2%.
Meet Sales POR.
Forecast accuracy is more than 90%.
