• Oversee the daily plant operations to ensure proper efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinating projects for set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve the targets.
• Monitoring the production at sites and review of project schedule, ensuring cost control within budget, planning for cash flow, etc.
