Heading the Power Plant Project, Operation, Maintenance activities efficiently and in environment friendly strictly complying to the statutory norms. Lead the activities of 600 MW green field power plant erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance BHEL make IPP unit from 2008 to 2021. Headed the activities of the Erection of BHEL Boiler & Aux, BHEL Turbine & Aux, TD & MD BFPs, BOP equipment, Indore Ash Handling plant, FL Smidth Coal handling plant, Thermax Water treatment plant, Atlas Copco air compressors, and all other equipment of unit. Lead the activities of Commissioning of the power plant activities comprising of Chemical Cleaning of Boiler, Hydrotest of Boiler, Steam Blowing, Safety Valve floating, Boiler light up. Lead the commissioning activities Turbine such as oil flushing, condensate circuit flushing, Turbine barring and rolling and synchronization etc. Commissioning and start up of the BOP area such as Water treatment Plant, Coal Handling plant, Air compressors, Different fuel oil, water pump houses etc. Heading the O&M activities of unit to ensure the availability. Planning and executing the maintenance activities of the plant ensuring Maximum availability, 100% safety and Zero breakdown. Compliance and continuous improvement planning of the unit in line with ISO, Safety, Disha, and other statutory bodies. Responsible for Maintenance planning and execution of the equipment for predictive Maint, Preventive maint, Corrective Maint, Breakdown maint, Shutdown maint. Planning of outages and executing the maintenance activities. Planning and procuring the spares, Budget preparation for maint and spares, AMC. Reverse engg for economical procurement of spares. Compliance action planning and execution for Integrated Management System, Safety Management System, Disha System, Auditing, Statutory compliances. Planning for employee training, their career planning, succession planning. Contract Management for efficient output for safety, quality. Leading the organization as a Factory Manager. Ensuring the better occupational health and safety practices to ensure and improve the compliance. Leading the activities as Boiler Owner. Coordination with Boiler Inspector, Factory inspector, and other statutory bodies for compliance. And all other activities pertaining to smooth operation of Power Plant.
