- Daily work management, including participation in the shop morning meeting for the last day's production and WIP stock review, besides machine maintenance-related issues.
- Model changeover as per PPC indication.
- Ensure engine sampling in daily basis.
- Monitor and control in process and noise PDI defect in repair activities.
- Conducted through analysis of conformity of product (COP) processes,to conform the quality of the product is up to 120%.
- Supervising the production process,ensuring quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
- Continuous work on process activities and motivating the manpower.
- Clearing line rejection and rework in daily basis.
- Line process & Equipment check and verification on line.
- Prepare a report related to daily production, skill matrix, and daily downtime.
- Daily update SMQCD board.
- Attend the meeting for brainstorming, KAIZEN, and safety on a monthly basis.

- SMALL FUN MODEL [Global Line 250cc and 300cc Engine]
- Lead the successful production launch of KOAJ, KITF, K2YA, and K3SA model engines.
- Kit Bin Washing machine Implementation.
