- Enter clinical reports and data directly into customer EHRs, with specific clinical guidelines and workflows.
- Working in the Clinical Data Abstraction process is the process of identifying and capturing key administrative and clinical data elements. We are collecting the clinical information from a patient’s medical record and transcribing the information into discrete fields or locations within the new EHR (Electronic Health Record).

- For rejected documents, understand the physicians' feedback to correct the patient summary accordingly, and send it back to the clinic that needs action from the front office.
- Responsibility of CDM: study setup, study conduct, and study closeout.
