• Led the development of a specialized Credit Risk Assessment Dashboard in Tableau for the retail fuel industry, aimed at evaluating customer creditworthiness, tracking overdue balances, and managing secured credit limits of Customer Groups and Entities
• Collaborated with stakeholders from the credit, finance, and sales teams to gather business requirements specific to the retail fuel sector, focusing on metrics such as overdue balances, due balances, and credit limit utilization
• Integrated data from SQL Server to combine payment transactions, and customer credit histories, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive data coverage
• Designed and developed interactive dashboards using Tableau to monitor key credit risk metrics, including: Overdue Balances, Due Balances, Secured Credit Limits, Net Exposure, Credit Limit Monitoring
• Enabled the credit team to reduce overdue balances by 5% through early identification of high-risk accounts and timely interventions
• Enhanced the team's ability to monitor and manage secured credit limits, reducing the number of credit limit breaches by 20% over 6 months

Project 2: Retail Sales and FCC Analysis

Domain: Fuel Sales

• · Development on Analytical as well as Operational level retail management for Fuel Sales that helped management to study Fuel Stations Operational Times, Trends in Increasing/Decreasing Sales. This activity helped to increase Operational times by 15% in a month and Potential growth of 10% increase in the overall fuel sales.
• Created an approach to identify potential dumping of fuel from outside dealers comparing Sell in vs Sell out that reduced the fraudulent by 7% in a quarter.
• Standardized data collection procedures across departments, ensuring consistent data quality and enabling seamless integration of new datasets.
• Streamlined reporting processes for enhanced decision-making and business insights.

Project 1: Data Integration and Warranty Dashboards

Domain: Medical Instrument Warranty, Consulting

• Primary aim of this Project is to develop a suite of Tableau dashboards that provides a one stop solution to different key metrics for medical instruments manufactured by the client. It involves displaying systems that have failed at installs, that have encountered early life failure and within their warranty.

• Data analysis and data cleansing provided by client in Raw excel format
• Requirement gathering through weekly client calls along with enhancement requests
• Worked closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation.
• Understanding functionality of SSIS and deploying packages to automate ETL process for the data files
• Developed KPI indicator chart for indicating Red, Yellow, Green based on Failure Percentage of instruments

Project 1: PPAP Workflow Management and Rejection analysis Dashboard (Tableau)

Domain: Supplier Quality

• The SQE Team receives large amount of PPAPs (document for Parts). These documents need to be reviewed by their team and contact back the Supplier for any problems. So, the main aim of this project was to enable the SQ Engineers and their team to measure and control the number of Parts they receive daily along with Resource Management for the review process.
• Connecting to SAP HANA for Workflow Data with extensive Data preparation for Tableau ready purpose
• Post Development use involved downloading PDFs of report for each of the 200 Suppliers and emailing them
• Automated the PDF generated process using Tabcmd Script and batch scheduling which related in 20% of Cost and 30% of Resource time saving
