Project description: The SAP Usage Dashboard aggregates workload statistics from SAP ERP systems across three regions, built on data views hosted in Azure SQL. This data enables monitoring of user experience and system performance, and supports both IT performance dashboards (OCIO) and SAP usage dashboards (SAP telemetry use cases). The dashboard provides daily aggregated data to track the performance of Mono ERP systems
Current data flow: ERP → BIG BW → Azure → Azure SQL → Power BI
A migration is planned to transition the data views from Azure SQL to Snowflake, redirecting the SAP usage dashboards to Snowflake for data retrieval and analysis. Expected data flow: ERP → BIG BW → Snowflake → Power BI. The requirement for this migration is to replicate the views in Snowflake with a data retention period of three years, consistent with the views currently in Azure SQL
Responsibilities:
- Bringing in governance, requirement analysis, documentation, smaller release cycles, etc
- Analyzed initial project requirements, estimated, and shared the implementation plan, leading daily stand-up calls, solution reviews, etc., with the team

This initiative aims to automate project-related expenses and produce a Power BI report to support DF automation, the data will be sourced from various platforms, including ServiceNow, SAP BW, Target, Actuals, Exchange Rate, and DF Plan. While ServiceNow data is already accessible in Snowflake, data from SAP BW, target, actuals, and exchange rate must be extracted from BW reports and the corresponding cubes. Develop a Power BI dashboard by leveraging SNOW data available in Snowflake, SAP, target, actuals, and exchange rates data from BW cubes to deliver actionable insights
