• Manages all projects relating to new product introductions to assure product compliant handling representation has been part of the process.
• Managing technical / project /Quality aspects ,approves design deliverables. Reviewing all customer project documents for confirmity and quality assurance. Anticipating and solving crucial issues and/or unique conditions.
• Working with the customer's to shape and deliver solutions and seeks customer feedback to drive and deliver improvements. Finalizing ‘Fail-Safe Philosophy', ‘secure-by-design principles and other key concepts as part of kick-off and design freeze meetings.
• Developing, selecting and applies standard techniques, procedures and tools. Ensuring that engineering and quality activities comply with required safety and standard regulations and contractual requirements.
• Assessing and addressing technical risks and opportunities. Reporting any contract / safety / quality / program / cost issues to Project Manager(s) along with recommendations for resolution.
• Maintains and continuously improves highly effective procedures for complaint processing and complaint investigation.

• Worked for AT&S Headquarters in Leoben, Austria and Chongqing Plant in China for IC-substrate production.
• Handling multiple Aviation, Automotive, Industrial, Medical and High End applications for their Electronics projects to maintain their standards and quality services according to their required quality specifications and as per AT&S (SSS)
• DFM validation and Verification.Working on specialized high-end technologies like IC-Substrates, Laser cavity, Z-interconnection, Back-drilling, ECP (Embedded Component Package), Gold Fingers, Edge Plating, HDI, High Frequency Boards
• Optimization to standards in CAM activities using UCAM tool, generating drawings, DRC, Netlist analysis, V-scoring, Routing, Panelisation, drilling output (Mechanical and Laser), AOI
• Handling trainings and seminars for team about higher end technologies in PCB manufacturing
• Training to the new colleagues to perform their tasks

• Modifying the design as per customer specific requirement for Impedance jobs, Blind via and Buried via jobs, Gold plating jobs, Jump scoring jobs, Critical routing jobs.
• Undertake CAM engineering work as assigned by management.
