Automation & Orchestration

• Independently designed and implemented a Model Maintenance Solution to monitor and rebuild underperforming models weekly, reducing model maintenance costs by 50%.
• Orchestrated all weekly build processes into a single-click automated job, significantly improving operational efficiency and saving substantial resource time for the production team.
• Developed interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor model performance and deliver actionable insights.

Implementation

• Led implementation of the Promotion Analyzer and Forecasting SaaS tool for 15 major retailers across the USA, Europe, Russia, and Asia.
• Oversaw client data onboarding, including data analysis, cleansing, and wrangling for large, complex retail datasets.
• Developed deep expertise in retail domain data (POS, Promotions, Costs, Products, Stores), enabling seamless alignment of data solutions with business objectives.
