Description:

Worked as MuleSoft Developer to design and deliver API-led integrations for multi-market order management, catalog synchronization, and inventory flows. Built integrations between AEM and downstream systems (Salesforce, gigya, gav, aws etc.). Enabled seamless global rollouts across markets (GB, DE, US, PH, etc.)with improved reliability and scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designed and implemented appointment details, order update, status update, and inventory APIs following MuleSoft API-led connectivity.
• Configured Object Store for caching, state management, and reliable retrieval.
• Built integrations with SFTP Connector (Read, Write, List, Move, and Delete).
• Implemented messaging with AMQ for asynchronous, reliable order processing.

         Worked on error handling, logging, and monitoring to ensure high availability and scalability.

Improved application performance by logging & Runtime Upgrade from 4.3 to 4.6.

Experience in deploying & Managing Mule api’s to lower environments.

Implemented Munits to ensure all the flows works fine. Coverage is always >80%.

Experienced on production deployment activites like cutoverplans, performing pre-production activites.
