• Evaluate training requirements for each division, consulting with center managers, HR and external resources.
• Design training programs related to English Language Teaching (Communication skills, Neutralized Accent, etc) and PDP.
• Plan training calendar.
• To ensure quality training delivery to the center faculties (PAN India)
• Conducting Training of Trainers (TOT) on Communication Skills, Neutralized Accent and Personality Development
• Screening, Recruitment and training of faculties for the centers
• Assessment, grading and completing Certificate of Clearance (COC) to faculties
• Planning & Executing Training of Trainer sessions

• Developing effective induction programs which includes soft skills like communication skills, neutralized accent, personality development.
• Devising individual learning plans.
