• Job Purpose: To manage the shift, Standard Room & all inspectors to ensure the smooth running of the Dispatch process with Final inspection area.
• To ensure that all inspector follow the WI rules with accurate Quality & Maintain Quality.
• Leading team, daily meeting, Shift planning. motivate the team to give Suggestion and perform kaizen.
• To manage the all documentation, like in process reports, PANEL CHECKER REPORTS, (FOA, MOA, LOA). Verification.
• Conduct daily Quality meeting for Line Rejection and Customer Complains.
• Maintain Quality System Documents for VSA & IATF Audit.
• Responsible for Manufacturing process part accuracy monitoring and improvement.
• Responsible for Product & Process Audit as per our plan and its NC Closer.
• Jig correction/part improvement based on CMM, panel checker reports and visual appearance
• Shop floor line Verification and Line correction.
• Responsible for in process inspection PDI/Final inspection.
• Implementation of hand gauges for CTQ dimensions for quality product outflow.
• Responsible for (CF/ PC) validation as per our Plan monthly with CMM.
• Responsible for fastener UTM operating
• Quality audit (dock) to ensure the good product reached at customer end.
• Responsible for process audit and product audit of weld shop.
• Implementation of kaizen & Poka yoke to reduced rejection.
• Ensure that the housekeeping 5s activities are carried out as required.
• Verify of the parameters, DT, & NDT in projection welding.
• Responsible for incoming material inspection as per drawings and quality standards
• Monitor supplier quality performance and ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to maintain product quality
• Prepare, review, and maintain quality documents such as IR, NCR, CAPA, and check sheets
• Handle internal and customer quality issues and perform root cause analysis using 5 Why and Fishbone
• Implement and track corrective and preventive actions for quality improvement
• Support internal, supplier, and customer audits
• Ensure implementation of quality tools like PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, and MSA
• Work closely with production, suppliers, and customer quality teams to reduce rejection and rework
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality assurance activities
