When customer has facing network related issue like slow speed, packed drop, connection failed or link down & PRI call drop, etc. on that time we are need to check the connectivity of the network, also check the bandwidth utilization if found issue at our end due to polisher, VLAN, route deleted at routing table then we are rectifying the issue on time by remotely. Also, same time required to configure the customer end IPMUX for voice service, cisco router & switch for managed customer if previous backup file not available or not able to take due to some technical issue. Also, we are check the RF parameter & optimize the RF by using the spectrum scan.

- Public or private IP utilization for network expansion. Router & switch configuration & manage the route traffic and bandwidth, also redistribute the root towards the ISP router as well as Node creating for network management or clear the network visibility structure. Also, we are configuring the MW radio by remotely to E1 mapping or adding the traffic for 2G/3G/4G services.

- Planning of end to end Enterprise link (MPLC, NPLC, ILL, PRI, etc.) delivery to our honorable customer. Also, manage the project team to achieve their goal. Even they are unable to the do the commissioning part on that time I need to support them via online or telephonic.
- UBR installation & Commissioning at Customer END and BTS end. After-that installed the EoPDH at FE BTS & NE BTS. Then through the E1 & check the whole link by help of NOC, after that check the media once again locally.
- Installed the Required Equipment like MA5600T or MA5616. Then installed the ADSL card & VDSL card for MDF cable connection and installed the MDF for E1 punching. After-that power taping for the equipment. After that I have done the Commissioning by using the Hyperterminal or using Telnet, on that time we have to be configuring the ADSL card and VDSL card. After that we have to be through the TX & RX by using the optical cable.
- Installed the Required Equipment like RTN950 or RTN980. Then installed the SL1DA card for optical patch and installed IAU2 card for IF cable connection and installed the DDF for E1 punching. After-that power taping for the equipment. After that I have done the Commissioning by using the WebLCT software, on that time we have to be configuring the IAU2 card and ODU and SL1DA card if it is required. After swap the ODU, if Link is Up then we have to punch the E1 for local drop, on that time we have to clear the all alarm. If site is up within a minute then our work is done.
