The above application is based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM - 365), we perform Functional, Regression and User Acceptance Testing by managing the entire customer life-cycle, streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

There will be many migration activities in CRM and at every stage of migration we must be sure enough about the quality of the features and the latest enhancements.

Leading a functional team of 12 members to define project functionality for creating the client related data's and its maintenance, Providing Test Estimates to Onsite/Manager.

The purpose of this application is we are converting the existing data of certain set of products to our own finance graduations where the data is being migrated and as a senior QA we took the responsibility of verifying the database using DBeaver and oracle SQL database.

The purpose of this application is to make sure the transaction between the users to buy a health related medicines and products based on the tenants and renewal of a plans as similar to the insurance domain.

Database testing is performed along with API testing to make sure there is no data breach.

Ensured the payments of the products was completed according to business specifications and requirements ensuring data were accurately tested., Preparing Test Plans, Scenarios and Test Cases.

RAIDS are identified and communicated to project team and maintained regularly and mitigated., Regular Meeting with project team and constantly review the test progress and reports to the Test Manager.

Involved in pre and Post Migration comparison and account servicing scenarios post Migration.

PROJECT 5, Life Science, Test Associate and Test Engineer,

This project aims to upgrade all the client and partner facing applications with new gen technologies. As part of the application, four critical applications are being migrated to provide end users with an enhanced user experience

Monitoring and tracking of daily progress against the plan and ensure all deliverables are completed within the estimated time., Preparing detailed Test Plan, Test Strategy, Risk Assessment Plan, Master Validation Plan and IQ, OQ and PQ designs.
