• Placing Mechanical Equipment’s &. Accessories, with connections as per project standards.

• Creating custom project parameters and shared parameters to the project model.
• Identifying interference between the different services, and re-routing as per the other services.
• Rise the RFI (Request for Information) to the clients if any Conflicts arise in the Drawings.
• Reviewing & Coordinating Mechanical & Plumbing Drawings with other services with based on timely workflow.
• Collaborating and Handling the Central file and creating different work sets for each discipline.
• Rectifying of clashes by using the interference check in Revit.
• Preparing Section and Callout drawings in sheet setting as per requirement.
• Creation of Tag Families for the project as per project requirements.
• Preparation of sheet arrangement & Sheet issues/Revisions with up to date.
• Extract BOQ from Revit Models, Perform QC and Interface check (Clash Detection)
• Tagging & preparing sheet view arrangement as per the requirement of the client.
• Prepare Clash Detections reports and resolve them in Models using Revit & Navisworks software.
• Creating Relevant project template in Revit based on project requirement desired by client.
• Developing the contract drawings in to 3D modelling as per routing given by the client.
• Identifying clashes between the service, and re-routing according to the other services by coordinating with designers, architects & structural departments for clash free model.
