• Responsible for daily activities of the quality control department like calibration of instruments and documentation of daily monitoring activities.
• Analysis of Raw material, finished products and packing material as per requirement and preparation of packing material specification as per artwork.
• Calibration of instrument like dissolution apparatus(type-1&type-2), UV, Disintegration, Tap density, Ph meter and Analytical balance.
• Chemical analysis of water.
• Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions.
• Follow and maintain cGMP, cGLP, GDP, standard operating procedures(SOP’s), health and safety polices.
• Preparation of certificate of analysis and checking of all documents related to the certificate of analysis and maintenance.
• Preparation of working standards.
