• Responsible for all aspect of the project in terms of Estimation , planning, Configuration, Procurement, Documentation, Drawings, Inspection, Integration, Installation, in accordance with projects drawings and latest Codes, Standard, Specification, Prepare and design all construction-related documents for the required supporting infrastructure. Analyze all mechanical designs, sketch various concepts for piping designs and finally develop necessary mechanical drawings.
• Oversees daily operations in ship construction or repair. Coordinates teams across welding, fabrication, painting, and assembly
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Oversee detailed engineering, procurement activities, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of SPM systems and offshore pipelines. Report progress and project KPIs to senior management and stakeholders. Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and contractor performance evaluations.
• Responsible for the tie-in operations, pipe line commissioning and Decommissioning (etc.).
• Sound knowledge of ASME, ASTM, API and NACE standards and & Testing Commissioning of Piping Works, Gas Turbines, Generator, Pumps, Compressor, Boiler, Head Exchangers, Condensers and Separators, Etc
• Piping stress analysis of piping connected to Pump, Compressor(Reciprocating/Centrifugal), Column, Reactor, Storage Tanks, Steam Turbines, Air coolers, Ex-changers, Fired Heater .
• Management of Material, Manpower and Monitoring of Planning Activities-Reports(Daily and Weekly) and preparation of permits.
• Production, Quality & Site, Job-inspection, work for Offshore and Onshore projects for Structural & Piping Work.
• Supervise the activities of marine engine technicians engaged in the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical marine vessels, and inspect their work to ensure that it is performed properly.
• Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
• Identifying the special material requirement of projects and ensuring the same throughout production and processing.
• Replacement of valves, gaskets & flanges & Die in and hot tapping works.
• New Ship building of Tug boats, supply vessels ,barges and container ships, Familiar with small craft and platform.
• Ability to manage day to day operations of the workshop with minimum cost for repair and maintenance.
• Establish a professional maintenance system for the workshop.
• Supervisions of the plant & Maintenance and Transport division’s personnel.
• Ability to established and maintains Quality and health safety environment (HSE)Policy and objectives with the section for increase Awareness motivation and involvement.
