AUTOMATION
  • At MLB section AP and RF line
  • We using handling for robots to pickup and drops the MLB into the fixtures
  • This stage we upgrade the device firmware and stored into nand
  • Next testing stage post dfu Radio frequency board and application process board Both are bonded then we check the communication between both boards and shorts and run the circuit test
  • If fail comes troubleshoot the fixture related issues and communication related issues and board related issues solved out at ASAP
  • Regularly check the fixture health by audit in S1 to Scond
  • Troubleshooting the fixtures and doing pathloss for to avoid unnecessary fails and NTF
  • Monitoring instrument validation and calibration timings and update it as per schedule
  • Troubleshooting the fixtures for unnecessary and not real fail causes and boards are checked by pogopins placed at fixtures as per test points in MLB
  • Analyse and moved the MLB as per fail into repair
  • Automation side robot movements are coordinate positioning methods
  • Totally 6 axis and 6 servo motors
  • We determine and teach the points for fixture positions by using touch pendant and saved the location
  • Its very accurate and precise and using height measuring sensors to check the placement to avoid damage and scrap
  • Plc programmed as per board placed once fixture automatically closed and test starts
  • And end of cycle fixture opened signal passed to robot next board will be placed
  • Maintain the our KPI and collaborate with other teams to achieve output.
