• Description :Simplified workflow centralizes and houses from the customers.
• Provides capability to configure Intake and fulfillment forms/workflows systematically and supporting execution including integration with SORs.
• Here we developed the fulfillment forms using Pega application. SWFT application Built on 8.6 version.
• Project2: FORD-RIVAT (Ford-Motor Company)
• Description:
• RIVAT (Recall Investigation Vehicle Attribute Tool) enables integration of external data (VINs & Customers) to better account for Open VIN’s. At Ford, recalls are announced in an effort to address and fix any structural or mechanical problems.
• A recall is conducted to remedy a Safety, Compliance, or Emissions concern.
• Recalls are VIN-specific programs. There are no expiration dates on Safety Recalls or Safety Compliance.
• Recalls Pega case will be created only if G-Camp status is OPEN and with VIN andFSA combination.
• Built on 8.3.5
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Creating User Interface rules such as Harness, Section and Portals.
• Worked on activities, Declarative and Decision rules to implement business logic.
• Worked on analysis of bugs in application using PRPC tools like Clipboard, Tracer.
• Following the process and preparing the necessary documents for application.
• Actively participated and supported in production implementation.
• Creation of Validate, Edit Validate and Constraints validation rules.
• Attending daily stand ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint review as well.

• OCWA (OSCAR Claims Web Application)
• OSCAR is a mainframe system which performs claims adjudication and process claims.
• Claims go through the OSCAR Work Flow and adjudicated systematically if it has required data. Adjudication failed claims of OSCAR will be handled by OCWA.
• Suspended and pending claims of OSCAR will be handled by OCWA. OCWA stands for Oscar claims web application.
• OCWA has two types of users, Inquiry user and Inventory user. Inquire users used to enquire the claims by using different search criteria such as by member, provider etc.
• Inventory users will have rights to access the utilities, manage operators, manage work basket, manage work, process work and monitor activity. Inquiry and inventory users accessing rights to components will differ based on the access group assigned to the users.
• Inventory user will be working on work items which Pega created using messages which would be coming from OSCAR. Inventory user would manipulate work items, Re-assign work items and resolve the work items.
• All resolved work items will be routed to OSCAR through outbound process. Those claims will go through OSCAR automated system and adjudicated systematically.

• As a Production support Analyst worked with various clients. Mostly my clients are Mortgage clients like SunTrust, Fifth Third provided end to end application support to the application users.
