Responsibilities:

• Monitor batch processing for QA, Preproduction, and Production environments using our tools (CheckMK and ControlM), meeting specific deadlines.
• Resolving the tickets reported by the users/customers, respecting the Service Level Agreements.
• Installing CS (Small Customization).
• React properly when alerts are identified - learn how to identify a performance issue, how to react when a server is crashed, maintenance steps, to which team to assign different types of incidents.
• Focus on having no breached SLA (on incidents or service requests).
