Scoop of Project : Product Design and Development of Air Purifier with functional validation.

Output : Functional product with original Plastic materials

Final Output : Functional product worked in Alpha stage.

Responsibility :

• Creating skeleton model based on the ID design
• Using Styling feature to create skeleton
• Design and Build the 3 or 4 Concept
• Present the Concept models to Client and take their approval for one concept model
• Build the final concept and Send for the Stress analysis
• Selection of material and fasteners for enclose assembly
• Modeling, Detailing and assembly creation of Parts using Pro E software.
• Creation of an Engineering Form (BOM) with details of Stock sizes, Weight, Material and Heat Treatment specifications, Finishing, Standard and Manual notes
