Responsibilities:

• Involved in Administration in terms of installation, application deployment, application upgrades, patch installation and performance tuning of System.
• Deployed applications WAR, EAR, and JAR through the deployment scripts and administration console in various environments like Development, UAT and Production on WebSphere Application Server. Responsible for creating clusters including Horizontal and Vertical Clusters, cluster members to implement, High Availability, Work Load Management and Fail Over Provided leadership and guidance for the development team in the performance tuning of the application.
• Hands on implementing, managing and troubleshooting windows/Linux for FileNet Administration.
• Troubleshooting and Production Support in the IBM FileNet P8 technologies with complete Software life cycle development from Requirement.
• Providing solutions to the clients on the issues faced in Prod environment and replicating the same in Dev and coming up with ideas to stabilize the environment.
• Collaborated with development teams and system administrators to implement effective solutions and enhancements.
• Adhered to incident management protocols, ensuring efficient ticket resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Maintaining the sync between Production and DR environments.
• Planning and moving the the change requests/new implementation into the production.

Project : Nationwide mutual Insurance Company - Insurance Domain

Responsibilities:

• It is an upgrade project where we are supposed to upgrade the FileNet V 5.2.1 to V 5.5.8
• Taking backup of all the existing con4gurations Installing the FileNet 5.2.1 application on the existing servers and applying fix pack 7 to make the whole version of 5.2.1.7 and upgrading the same to 5.5.8.
• Perform definite testing of all the the installed applications.
• Applied fix pack on both CPE and ICN.
• Took part in content migration from local to the cloud.
• Created and scheduled sweep jobs to get the data migrated.

Project : AGCS -Insurance Domain

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and Health check of ECM applications and report the daily health status to the management Involved in development of small enhancements as part of Release cycles Develop utilities/tools as needed for Production support operations
• On-call support 24/7, Monitoring and maintaining multiple Applications at Development.
• Raising service requests to add the users and groups in AD Helping to the team members by creating the change request as based on details provided by client
• Responsible for Pre-installations, installation and configurations of the overall vision that outlines the projected ECM
• Installing required fix packs for FileNet and other components and confirming the same to the Project stake holders
• Wrote scripts to automate the stop/start of FileNet components and services Configured and managed the Object Stores and Isolated Region, Connection Points for the storing the documents.
• Involved in CPE Upgrade activities: Taking backup of all the existing configurations
• Installing the FileNet 5.2.1 application on the existing servers and applying fix pack 7 to make the whole version of 5.2.1.7 and upgrading the same to 5.5.8
• Configuring batch jobs that connected to the Content engine for archiving and purge functions with the latest jars
• Performed the same activity in nearly 3 non prod environments Worked on the production release on the application and also provided production support.
