Job Responsibilities :

• Initiate & maintain the entire material flow, indenting, procurement, goods receipt, inventory management, issue, re-order level, pilferage and contractor’s /material’s reconciliation.
• Maintain and plan the materials flow according to the production/ construction plan without creating any delay or crisis of the materials and also restrict excess /advance flow of the materials.
• Internal/External/Statutory Audit Handling (Including ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001 and OHSMS: 45001) for integrated management system.
• Forecasting non-moving & slow-moving materials for management action and generation of stock closer report on monthly / yearly basis for financial book closer.
• Analyzing daily stock closer report for monitoring of materials flow at site without any hindrance.
• Maintaining the store/procurement procedure in SAP environment and generating the MIS reports periodically.
• Preparation of Monthly Stock Statement and Stock Valuation.
• Physical Stock taking & verification.
• Timely Disposal of scrap on monthly basis based on reconciliation given by the planning department.
• ·Mobilize Surplus inventory from closing project to new start up project to reduce cash flow of the company.
• Procurement of Bulk materials i.e. (Admixture, Cement, Structural Steel, Sand, Aggregate). Ready Mix Concrete. Different types of Construction Chemicals. Finishing materials i.e. (Bricks, AAC Blocks, Tiles, Granite, Marble, Kota stone, Door Frame, Door Shutter). Special Tools & Tackles for maintenance of Ropeway.
• Coordinate with production, planning, store and finance to ensure smooth supply of materials at site & Preparation of “Annual Rate Contract” for Safety materials.
• Developed 25 potential vendors annually who give right quality of materials in time at the most competitive price.
• Developed sourcing strategies resulting in 10% cost savings of the total procurement value for that financial year.

• Scrutinizing the consumption of major Raw Materials Viz. Cement, Steel and Other ‘A’ Class Items and Reconciliation of Inventory on monthly basis.
