  • Responsible for submitting the onsite Gainwell billing sheet for the finance team, so they can invoice Gainwell through the Ariba tool.
  • Following up on key critical PMO tasks in maintaining SOWs, and following up with the client for SOW status and CR submission for extension cases.

  • Monthly activity to check on the projects (over 250 active SOWs) that are ending and if an extension is needed, as per the respective project leads, who need to submit CRs and follow up to closure until it reflects in the client Beeline tool.
  • Responsible for obtaining the fully executed copies of SOWs and CRs, sharing them back with the client, and creating the projects in the internal BizX tool.
  • To take care of active allocations for each resource (overall resource count 1,300+) in BizX, if not, users will not be able to submit their timesheet in the system.
  • Also, we need to take care of resource allocation in the Beeline Tool, from where all users get access to Molina AVD.
  • At the end of the month, the PMO team receives an active project list from the client.
  • We need to make sure that all active resources are tagged to active projects.
  • Responsible for tracking all the non-invoiced milestones for invoicing in the following month.
  • The Milestone Prelim Report must be shared with the client before the complete report is prepared.
  • By the first of every month, the complete milestone report must be sent to the client.
  • Milestone Tracking – We need to track all milestones with internal leads, and post confirmation of work completion.
  • We need to get approvals from client project leads, and then share the data with valid SOWs/CRs with the finance team to generate the invoices for client submission through the Beeline tool.
  • The Monthly Milestone Status report used to be shared with the Molina leadership team.
  • Tracked and communicated project status, issues, risks and decisions to senior management.
  • We would receive the Overdue Milestone report with Aging from the client, where we need to check with the respective leads and provide the justification and action taken toward the same.
  • Unbilled Details to Accounts – Every month on the 18th, we need to submit the Unbilled Milestone report to the Accounts team without fail.
  • Need to finalize T&M hours on a monthly basis to the internal finance and Central PMO team.
  • We do maintain a Fin360 Tool, where we keep complete details of all projects and resource allocations, which provides an overall view of financial and Bid vs. Did (from Bid Sheet or Costing Sheet) for top management.
  • Delivery Acceptance Document (DAD) will be prepared by the 10th of every month, and the same must be saved in Molina SharePoint in a specific format, including the Monthly KPI Report Coordination.
  • We need to submit the monthly OIG Check report for all active resources in that month by the 7th of next month.
  • Played a key role in completing the Client Survey through the Prevalent Portal by coordinating with the concerned department's POCs.
  • Also reworked the risk remediations provided by the Prevalent Team.
