Project Description:

HCP portal is a web Application to handle HCP (Health Care professionals) and patient data.

This application has been developed to track the details like patients progress report,

appointment date. and medicines. This application also extracts required patient

data in the form of excel, validate them and add patients’ data to the database

which will be shared with HCP and Admin. Development is done on virtual

desktops and hosted on Azure Cloud.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for development of HCP module.

· Responsible for creating and validating scripts for production release.

· Responsible for handling client requirements change.

· Responsible for guiding the designing team.

#2 : Tagrisso Flaura Calculator

Project Description:

This project is used for calculation of medicine price based on region and country.

In this we use graphical representation to show the data and also use animations.

We use excel for the data, Development is done on laptops and hosted on Salesforce.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handled the project with full ownership. One of the two resources working on this project.

• Requirement gathering and client communication time to time.

• Responsible for handling client requirements change.

#3 : Pfizership

Project Description:

Pfizership is an iRep (medical representative) interaction project, in this user has excess to search the PDF in given period of time and they can trigger the RTE as well as can open the PDF.

RTE (remote triggering email) is the document that iRep can trigger from the application to the HCP (Health care professional) concern email IDs.

This application extracts the excel for the data, used AJAX for fetching the excel.

Handled the project with full ownership. Developed this project with jQuery and JavaScript, CSS and HTML.

#1: Fortescue Search

Project Description:

Fortescue Search is a user interaction project for searching the documents from multiple sources by search criteria (Keyword Search and options), in this user has excess to search the documents,

1) User can search duplicate documents from different sources like file server, SharePoint server and Teams.

2) User can flag duplicates for deletion.

3) Admin has access to delete the flagged documents.

4) User can search documents as per Business unit and Departments.

5) User can see the total indexed, deleted, duplicated documents.

6) They can see the Data visualization in separate page.

7) We have developed one TV screen for Downtime, here we show the Reports till date.

Project Description:

Microsoft has its own Search engine called Microsoft Edge, Working as Support Engineer to support North American and Canadian customers.

Edge Browser has its settings that user can apply by different ways, we help customer to configure the settings or if customer faces any issue related to Group policy, proxy settings, Kiosk mode settings, Site can’t be reached error and many more, then our role is to troubleshoot the issue and fix it.

Also worked on IE mode settings, in this Edge feature IE browser runs under Edge browser.

We use Group policy, Registry editor and edge browser setting to configure User required features.

Role & Responsibilities:

· We support different Microsoft’s Browsers which includes Edge, Edge Legacy and Internet Explorer.

· Responsible for handling cases where customers face issues and helping them to provide timely resolution. Building positive customer experience relations by effectively managing challenging situations

· Debugging the product and report the malfunctioning and possible changes in the code to the engineering team.

· Identifying the bugs and feature requests in the product and setting up in-house issue and report it to Product Group.

· Include assessing customer’s environment and delivering the solution which is feasible to implement.

· Handling critical situation cases where problem reported with applications are causing Business Impact.

· Collaborate with different teams to figure out action plan to bridge the gaps in collaboration efforts.
