Master in import purchasing, including nominating a freight forwarder and clearing the material through a CHA.

User-friendly in using the ERP system.

ISO coordinator and responsible for the implementation of ISO procedures in the Materials and Purchase department. Also, certified internal ISO auditor.

Gathering requirements of the User Department, approved by the respective Department Heads.

Understanding technical requirements and arranging them depending on the standards and specifications.

Identifying the right source at the right cost for the requirements from the available sources.

Negotiating with suppliers and obtaining necessary approvals, as per the company policies.

Executing and placing the orders, and distributing the schedule to the suppliers, as per the user requirements.

Checking of supply vs. Schedule on a regular basis, and follow up for the materials.

Inspecting and reviewing the materials with proper documentation required by the Accounts Department. Developing vendors on a constant basis to maintain the minimum price levels and other quality benefits.
