• Monitored subcontractor operations and applied effective time, resource, and money management strategies to delivery under-budget project completion.
• Collaborated with contractors, engineers, and misc agencies to complete project within timeline limitations and budget constraints.
• Coordinated with site personnel, clients and local government officials to achieve on-time project delivery.

• As Planning Lead @ Boiler Project( SAEL Punjab Site was First of its kind in Country) developed and implemented new strategies with partners to establish and achieve long-term business objectives, providing company with strong and sustainable organizational leadership.
• @Prism Site(Biggest WHRS with Single Turbine) - Responsible for erection & commissioning of 6 Nos of PH boilers
• Devise & effectuating the site activities considering completion date for project.

• Deputed at CFBC Boiler site as erection engineer. Checking of Boiler foundation as per drawings, erection of structure, pressure parts, Non pressure parts and Rotary equipment.
• Deputed as Engineer for MHE Stacker Cum Reclaimer M/cs & rotary equipments erection and commissioning
• Co-ordination with head quarter for material supply and drawings issues.
• Coordination with OEM engineers for erection and commissioning of equipment as per OEM requirements
• Site Coordinator for implementation of company's IMS policy.
• Core group member for implementation of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.

Project - 3 x275 TPH CFBC Boiler @ Bhushan Steel Ltd at Angul- Odisha

• Responsible for erection of Boiler pressure parts as per drawings. Erection, alignment and Checking of structure. Review of radiography films of welding and rectification of weld defect.
• Responsible for complete IBR documentation of project.
• Collaborated with senior engineers on projects and offered insight.
• Adhered to safety procedures and good housekeeping standards to comply with regulations.
