• Timely reconciliation of Cash, settlement, Income and bank loan breaks.
• Solving all the doubts and queries of the client and oversight on emails and daily call
• Making customize template as per the client request
• Training and mentoring the new joiners to continuously improve their learning curve
• Preparation of various MIS reports on daily, Weekly and Monthly basis
• Sourcing of all the financial data reports according to the recon breaks to resolve them within TAT
• Root cause analysis of the queries and highlighting errors to the relevant person.
• Analysis of reports and categorizing them according to the client requirement.
• Holding monthly team meeting to understand issues faced by team members and highlighting the same to senior management
• Monitoring SLA of the team members.
• Ensuring all Audit related documents are updated on time by all team members e.g (KPI ,Leave Tracker, Process Notes, Mandatory Leave, External errors,Details of system access etc.

(Receivable operations -National retail lock box) :

• Data Processing of various foreign companies, Processing and encoding of checks, for clients as assigned by the department.
• Validating and capturing information to be retrieved from check and coupon images.
• Validating images with the information identi ed and repairing faulty images (check –MICR, Coupon – OCR etc.) Balancing of funds (Check & coupon) before remittance.
• Allocating funds (excess & intent) as requested.
• Responsible for maintaining production report for the associates on monthly basis.

Cross-Border Payment Processing):

• Responsible for handling all inward and outward foreign remittances for Non Resident Indians and Retail customers.
• Handling of all SWIFT messages pertaining to the department Reconciliation of Nostro and Vostro Accounts.
• Following Up with Correspondent Banks for all outstanding credits in Nostro Accounts.
• Preparation of MIS for outstanding credit in the Nostro accounts.
• Investigation and Resolution of all queries received through SWIFT from other banks.
• Interaction with bank branches and Nostros through mails and SWIFT.
