This recognition was awarded for my exceptional dedication to operational excellence, leadership in manpower management, and my contributions to improving production efficiency. I was instrumental in optimizing processes within cold rolling and annealing operations, which resulted in increased output and significant cost savings.
• In 2012, at BRG Iron and Steels Ltd in Angul, Odisha, I was assigned the responsibility of starting up a 20-high cold rolling mill that had failed to run during trials with different agencies. Within just THREE days, I managed to get the mill running smoothly by identifying and fixing the issues. After my efforts, the mill continued to operate without any further problems, significantly improving the plant's efficiency.
• When I joined Rimjhim Ispat Ltd in Unnao, UP, the company’s average monthly production was 40 MT, which had remained consistent for the previous year. I focused on addressing key operational challenges and implementing critical modifications, resulting in a rapid improvement in production. Within the first month, output increased to 90 MT, followed by 300 MT in the subsequent months. Within six months, production peaked at 2,930 MT. This significant turnaround was recognized, and I was honored with an award for my contributions.
