Project Description: The HDFC CLIMS application manages collateral for bank clients to reduce funding costs and risks. It generates reports for audit and integrates with other applications like CADpro, CRISIL etc also it integrates with core systems like UBS, BAHRAIN, HONGKONG etc to track collateral details, released amounts, and CIBIL status.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Change Request Management: Oversaw the lifecycle of Change Requests, including High-Level Estimation (HLE) to define scope and resources.
• Development Oversight: Supervised implementation using Struts, Hibernate, Core Java, and JSP, ensuring best practices.
• Testing and Deployment: Managed unit testing, deployment to QA, and defect resolution through JIRA.
• Client Engagement: Led User Acceptance Testing (UAT), addressed client issues, and ensured smooth production deployment.
• Strategic Guidance: Provided technical mentorship and aligned development with project goals.
• Process Improvement: Identified and implemented improvements to enhance system performance and quality.

Project Name: Field Force Management Application

Project Description: The Field Force Management Application is a component of the OnTime Android app, designed for employees in sales, installation, and support roles. It allows users to mark attendance, receive tasks, update task status, and manage messages, leveraging company-provided authentication details.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Designed and developed Android applications using Java and Android SDK, ensuring functionality meets user needs and company standards.
• Team Collaboration: Worked closely with design and testing teams to enhance product quality and minimize bugs.
• Unit Testing: Conducted comprehensive unit tests to verify usability, robustness, and reliability, addressing edge cases effectively.
• Performance Optimization: Focused on improving application performance, resolving bugs, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Technical Support: Managed the support, installation, and maintenance of network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and CPE.
