• Working on several ERP's like Share Point, Asset Surveillance, McCracken (Client Server and Green Screens) as a part of analysis, integrating internal and external management information.
• Work on special requests and projects as assigned by the Leads and Asst. Manager and report the progress to agreed deadlines.
• Handling Borrower contacts (calls) for any queries on the Property.
• Assist the analysts in other shift in solving queries by handling calls on their behalf.
