▪ Annual Maintenance Contract & Agreements, Procurement of IT requirement in cost effective manner. Managing approximately 125 vendors for different nature of business Viz. Software’s, Licences, Hardware’s, Peripherals, MPLS Links, UPS, Cloud datacentre, Outsourced resources.
▪ Vendor on-boarding, basis the requirement raised from management. Understanding vendor’s nature of business, terms, and conditions. Post successful discussion and basis on management conclusion, getting vendor empanelled.
▪ Scrapping of assets (Laptops, Printers, UPS’s) under Tech-Refreshment.
▪ Raising POs for products and services as per requirement. Getting products and services procured on need basis ensuring approval is received as per company guidelines.
▪ Co-ordinating with finance team to ensure payment is processed in time, resolve any queries or concerned they have in terms of payment processing. Sharing details for capitalising capex items.
▪ Keeping track of vendors and their SLA to ensure bills/invoices are cleared as applicable.

• Managing internal and external audits to ensure we are following company standards and compliant to the guidelines set by the management.
