Talent Acquisition & Talent Management:
▪ Achieve better Brand Building & aggressive Talent Acquisition to support business needs within the specified TAT (avg 15 dys maintained).
▪ Working with Managers to understand requirements & develop staffing strategies and procedures to track & assess potential candidates and hires.
▪ Working on Compensation (monitoring replacement costs), Offer & Salary negotiation with candidates, maintaining Quality of hire.
Talent Acquisition:
Payroll Processing:
▪ Verification of Payroll input (attendance, leaves, claims, reimbursements etc) and send advice to Payroll Processing Cell
▪ Verification and re-structure the Compensation Benefits as per policy guidelines / statutory obligations
▪ Preparation of all compliance reports (PF, UAN, ESI, PTax) on a monthly basis and submission of PF,ESI online
▪ Preparation of all full & final Settlement for separating employees after ensuring clearance from the various departments
Training & Development
▪ Develop, coordinate, schedule and maintain all training programs like Induction & behavioral trainings, Skill Trainings, CREW Safety Trainings, etc. Handling the induction for new joiners – training about the company, future objective and on the usage of the HRMS software.
Other HR activities:
▪ Maintaining and updating Employee Information System Regularly In the cloud based HRMS.
▪ Vendor management: with Heath Insurance company, bank, health check-up clinic and other vendors for employee related issues & activities
▪ Preparation of outsourcing staff attendance and paysheet preparation.
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management:
▪ Managing end to end recruitment activities includes sourcing, screening, coordinating with stakeholder, salary negotiation and extending of offer

▪ Identify, develop and update the training needs for staff in consultation with Line Managers & Functional Heads.
▪ To Prepare and coordinate for Quarterly & Monthly Training Calendar.
▪ Implement and drive Certification Training Programs. Maintain, coordinate and update all reports on Monthly Basis Coordination and follow-up of the training process and effectiveness.
