Description:

Account management : Enhancing the existing applications and developing new applications from scratch for managing Current/savings/premier/advanced/BBA HSBC accounts as per the requirement. Leading and working on the entire development activities, validating the results and performing post implementation validations.

I am also leading the L1,L2 and L3 support teams and ensuring the smooth flow of the production support activities

Activities:

• Leading the projects and involving in requirement gathering till implementation of the project
• Sharing the project estimations and taking care of the clarity & budget of the project

• Developing new applications and amending the existing applications
• Involving in different phases of testing post the development to check the expected results and ensure project deployment is successful

Project : Billing, Enrollment and Customer care portal (Humana Inc,US)

Description

Humana Inc., headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, is one of the nation's largest health insurance company, with more than approximately 13 million medical members. Humana offers coordinated health insurance coverage and related services to employer groups, government-sponsored plans, and individuals.

The project BECC is an integrated project that deals with Development and maintenance activities for different areas like, Billing, Enrollment and Customer care portal.

Activities:

• Working on incidents,problems,change orders and address them within the SLA
• Creation of daily and weekly reports to monitor the critical jobs/process
• Detecting defects in different phases and providing suggestions for defect prevention.
• Have performed various RCAs and worked on improving the performance of existing applications
• Worked with software development and testing team members to design and develop robust solutions to meet client requirements for functionality, scalability, and performance.
• Reviewed project specifications and designed technology solutions that met or exceeded performance expectations.
• Delivered unit-tested systems within customer-prescribed timeframes.
