Commercial Banking Operation Support Services (CBOSS) is embarking on the journey of building strategic metrics for Commercial Banking Operations (CBO). The scope of Strategic Metrics is to build operational scorecards on a strategic data platform using a strategic metric library with 30 metrics as a baseline. The Strategic Metrics project involves building simpler and smarter operational solutions by providing a consolidated, strategic platform for operational data. Operational scorecards are built using this data, which is used for quantitative decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Developed advanced PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, functions, indexes, and collections (index-by tables, Varrays, and nested tables) to implement business logic.

Providing fixes with good turnaround times, which are raised by the DMI team.

Tuned queries by checking the explain plan, AWR report, and creation of indexes and hints to improve performance.

Implemented data-driven data loading using Informatica.

Implemented a data purging process for better performance.
