With over 20 years of professional experience, I lead Intellectual Property (IP), Media & Sports Law practice for Fox Mandal & Associates primarily focusing on fulfilling the business-legal requirements of clients. As part of my role, I advise clients on a wide array of IP related areas including acquisition, advisory, portfolio management, transactional, enforcement and dispute resolution. Similarly, on Technology Law front, I advise clients on technology transfer, data protection and privacy law. Specifically on Media and Entertainment practice, I assist clients on development, production, acquisition and distribution of contents; production and distribution of motion pictures, television and electronic media rights; music publishing; sponsorship deals and technology-related transactions.
