• In the past 2 years i did work in flipkart RDC warehouse in returns department which is in haringhata
• Generated documentation and information required for customer shipments.
• Coordinated shipping requests for expedited delivery and documented accurately to achieve correct billing.
• There I have some responsibility -

1) Team Handling / Operations – Customer return handling and process management, ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards, planning as per available shipments from motherhub and execute with accurate process, Reconciliations returns physical vs system, Report the return process summary with activity, End to end return operations ownership.

2) Product Verification - In the past 2 years i did work in flipkart RDC warehouse in returns department which is in

3) Putlist Created - After product verification, only those products that move the pass bulk need to create a putlist.

4) Bulk checking and bulk tracing - Bulk is an virtual place there are 14 bulk for Return but i have to take ownership of one bulk that is QC PASS BULK, Products did not gone for putting in inventory or product gets lost i have to look for all
