virtual meets and outside business meets.

Handled various cities in India including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune and assisted in generating
business of 20- 30 Crore business on a monthly basis.
Have coordinated with the marketing team and strategy team for the various lead sources inclusive of Facebook leads ,
Instagram Leads, Reverse Search Leads ( generated through website), inbound leads, referral leads.
Have closely worked with the Strategy Team in preparing the relevant creatives for facebook and Instagram campaigns for
various cities across India.
Have closely worked with sales team which includes – cluster heads, city heads, client advisors to effectively drive the cx from
virtual meets to site visits to closure
Have audited the calls of the team and given feedback on daily basis and weekly basis on the various call parameters that has
to be followed over the calls and effective rejection rebuttals that can be used.
Have prepared and suggested various call pitches based on the sources of lead – direct lead ( website ) or indirect lead
(marketing )
Have prepared daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports on the performance parameters – both RM wise and Lead
source wise•
Have scaled up the team from a team of 2 to team of 15 . have handled hiring of the RM s and have also effectively handled
the performance improvement plans of the employees
Have closely worked with the operations team – for the effective optimization of dashboard and effective management of
leads
Have closely identified the campaigns, cities that were giving more traction in terms of sales and aligned the pre-sales in such
a way by implementing the concept of focus projects and focus pools
