  • I started my career at Decathlon Vyttila as a part-timer and moved to Decathlon Trivandrum for my higher studies.
  • I took the lead in the team as a referent for customer management.
  • I was assigned to a particular department to handle its stocks, inventories, merchandising, etc.
  • After 3 years, I changed my contract to full-time. I managed and led a team of 8 people.
  • Resolved complaints of customers via calls, chats, emails, and direct walk-ins to the store, etc.
  • Got Recognised in the Decathlon Kerala Townhall for the Exceptional Strong User Activations Programs
  • I was a member of the interview panel for Decathlon recruits.
  • After 1.5 years as a full-time employee, I was promoted to be the Customer Service Leader in the opening store of Kollam, and I also handled the CRM Team Manager position for the same.
  • A Customer Service Leader who acts like the left hand of the Store Manager should handle the marketing, CRM, cash flows, analyze the walk-ins, plan events, approve sponsorships, and end-user satisfaction, etc.
