Have handled facilities like Fired Equipments, Refineries, Petrochemical Plants. Performed Design & Detailed Engineering of Fired Heater, Reformer & Crackers.

As assigned Engineer I was responsible for development and checking of General Arrangement & Detail drawings for Heater/Reformer., Preparation of requisitions for bought out items & carrying out design calculations.

Areas of Responsibility: -

● Performed & managed Engineering activities for Thermal Equipment.

● Developed General Arrangement drawings & detail drawings.

● Preparation of requisitions for bought out items.

● Performed design calculations for Pressure Parts and Casting Items.

● Preparing and checking of MTO’s.

● Interact with Vendors & Provide response to Vendor observation/comments.

● Providing assistance to team leaders and group leaders.

● Support to project team during engineering and construction.

● Performed proposal engineering activities such as Front-End Engineering Design verification to accurately quantify the post award efforts

● Responsible for identifying the deficiencies and inconsistencies in the bid package with respect to the process and pre-commissioning disciplines and formulating queries to Client to obtain replies that would help in optimal cost estimation.

● Multidisciplinary engineering coordination, participation in resolution of technical bottlenecks during engineering phase.

● Working as a Quality Engineer for DTA-Pitch for Windmill & traction motor, Alternator of locomotives.

• Performed quality inspections and drafted reports to detail non-conforming material issues
• Maintained compliance with industry standards and regulatory compliance during managed projects
