  • A challenging, multifaceted, and entrepreneurial role, responsible for shaping the company’s vision, building its product line, and ensuring the brand’s success in a competitive market.
  • Strategic Vision & Brand Building established the brand's mission, values, tone, and visual identity.
  • Determine the target audience, product positioning (e.g., luxury, sustainable, fast fashion), and competitive differentiation.
  • Oversee or contribute to the design process, from trend research to the final product. Identify and negotiate with fabric suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. Defined product lines, seasonal launches, and SKU mix in alignment with brand and market trends.
  • Coordinated with production units to manage timelines, quality control, and scalability. Implemented processes for stock control, warehousing, and fulfillment.

Launched Hathlogic's second office in Chandigarh, India, from scratch, which is focused on providing services to deliver 3D projects.

Hired and built a servicing team of 15 to provide 3D services for our Japan.

Successfully delivered over 250 projects for clients like Panasonic, Amazon, Netflix, etc.

Outsourced servicing teams from across Pan India.

Hired a team of 15 high-end IT professionals to deliver our IT projects.

Innovated three new ventures for Hathlogic, Logrush, Alpha, and Yarnic.

Yarnic was officially invested in by Hathlogic, while I created the business plan and launched a factory for the manufacturing of clothing in Noida, India.

Took over Yarnic officially as MD & Founder and further only worked on Yarnic
